 Monitor social channels by addressing any support-related posts, comments, messages and taking appropriate follow-up actions
 Resolving Support-related social posts, comments and messages using standard processes, tools and follow-up to resolve Member issues and communicate with internal stakeholders, as appropriate...
 Engage with Members on social media accounts
 Assist with moderating Tags, Profiles and emerging platform features
 Monitor and respond to reviews, including proactive outreach to address support issues identified
 Provide elevated support for high-visibility Members and complex Community issues
 Manage and maintain brand response best practices and guidelines for social media
 Regular, reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
 Solution-oriented and prioritize brand reputation by acting swiftly to resolve sensitive issues
 Knowledge and discretion on when to raise potential issues with the appropriate stakeholders
 Familiar with social media best practices and trends which enables you to execute channel-specific strategies to foster engagement and brand love
 Exceptional communication skills especially in the area of written communication with the ability to draft and post messages on behalf of the company
 Maintain discretion in dealing with high profile Members and issues of confidentiality or sensitivity to our Members, the community, or the company
 Desire and ability to work different shifts to provide full coverage as part of a team. (Potential for holiday availability).
 Prior experience working remotely due to independent nature of the role.
 Experience in a support role but familiar with social media side.
 Someone familiar with the brand, how the membership works, familiar with the content
