Salary: $22.90 - $27.40 Hourly
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our customers through live chat conversations. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, complaints, or technical issues.
As a Live Chat Customer Service representative, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries.
Responsibilities
 Manage live chat conversations with customers, providing quick and accurate responses
 Identify and assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and recommendations
 Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolution
 Educate customers on product features, updates, and promotions
 Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
 Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
 Meet personal and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales metrics
Requirements
 Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
 Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software
 Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
 Ability to adapt to changing procedures and follow established guidelines
 High school diploma or equivalent
