We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator, Course Materials to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will perform daily rental tasks, provide exceptional customer service to store managers, mentors, and certified trainers via the Textbook Rentals inbox. You will also assist with Course Material Operations projects, order appropriate titles from Amazon.com based on store purchase orders and oversee the timely operation and maintenance of the Textbook Marketplace.
How You'll Make an Impact
 Maintain the Rental App, including store term setup, booklists, and reporting
 Respond to inquiries from the field and Course Material Operations regarding booklists, rental dates, customer orders, pricing, and customer service issues
 Perform adjustments in the TA2 and Textnet systems, such as withholds, RCI, and estimated sales
 Manage input files for books checked-in, withheld, or transferred to MBS and other wholesalers
 Oversee inventory and orders on third-party marketplace sites
 Handle manual order generation for publisher rental-only titles in collaboration with MBS
 Maintain inventory adjustments in the TN2 system
 Serve as backup for the Streamlined Sourcing Program
 Coordinate communication with stores and vendors regarding marketplace shipments
 Acquire inventory for other marketplace vendors
 Ship and receive books in the marketplace warehouse
 Additional responsibilities as required
What You'll Need to Succeed
 1-3 years of experience in Retail Management
 Proficiency with TA2 and Textnet
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL is a plus
 Basic mathematical aptitude and understanding
 Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

The hiring rate for this position is $22 / hour.
