What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Advocate for customers, problem solve, and resolve issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Investigate customer concerns, implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues
• Support other customer service advocates by providing guidance and feedback
• Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, and de-escalation techniques
• Maintain a secure home office environment free from distractions
What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Must meet all work from home technology requirements
• Reliable private internet connection with minimum download speeds of 5Mbps
• Ability to work from home within the continental U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry
• At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
