Remote Customer Service Representative
Posted 2025-04-06mdINR, a national supplier of in-home INR monitors, is looking for remote Call Center Representatives that will be a liaison between our company and current customers. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities...
 Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
 Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to their needs. Assist customers with Supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR device as well as providing patient support
 Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
 Maintain Excellent Customer Service as our CORE values
 Follow all regulatory policies and procedures to include HIPPA requirements
Requirements
· Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center preferred
· Strong phone, and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· Excellent attendance track record is important
· High school diploma
Must be able to provide your own computer hardware, software and home internet in a quiet/private environment. Employees are prohibited from being a caregiver at home during their shift while working remotely. The minimum requirements are:
