Director, Bid Management | The Responsibilities & Duties
 Coordinate proposal through every stage of development, including capturing input from contributors, researching, analyzing, personalizing content to client needs, conceptualizing graphics, and resolving issues
 Refine value propositions, solution depictions, and help pinpoint unique selling points
 Read and interpret solicitation documents (RFPs) to identify critical content items required for a compliant response
 Serve as technical writer, proofreader and editor
 Adhere to published global brand guidelines and style guides for all projects
 Provide project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with leadership
 Research techniques to remain updated on key technology, marketing, and industry trends
 Director, Bid Management | The Qualifications
 5+ years of experience in Bid Management or Business Development
 BachelorÂs degree in business administration, sales & marketing or similar
 Attention to detail and research skill
 Ability to work independently in an at-home setting, collaborating in real time with multiple regional and global stakeholders in a team-based environment
 Relationship-building and influencing skills
 Ability to flourish in a deadline-focused environment
 Strong commitment to continuous improvement and dynamic learning
 Ability to view a computer monitor and type for several hours
 Strong experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Adobe product experience, online publishing, and similar experience are also valuable.
 Understanding of sales, marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
 Strong sense of ownership, a disciplined approach to quality and an awareness of its effect on the intended executive audience
 Ability to organize multiple projects in a systematic way to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 Problem-solving and initiative to bring projects through to the finish line
