What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment
• Private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs
