Monitoring Operator (day/night shift)

What You'll Be Working On
• Monitor payment schedules: You will be responsible for keeping track of all scheduled payments and ensuring they are processed on time
• Monitor transactions in the back office of our gate: You should constantly check the transactions happening in the back office of our gate, ensuring smooth operation and finding any anomalies...
• Compare performance with previous periods: You will need to analyze current performance and compare it with previous periods to track growth or identify any issues
• React and act according to the notification protocol in the event of an incident: In case of any incident, you should follow the established notification protocol and take necessary actions immediately

Please, note that this is a junior position.

What You Need To Succeed In This Role
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work shifts
• Good Excel skills
• Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related role would be a big plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Previous fintech experience is an advantage
• Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure
• High sense of responsibility
• Good level of English and Russian
