Primary Purpose and Function: We are seeking a TikTok Creative Specialist to join our team and provide feedback for creators' videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the TikTok platform and a creative eye for identifying engaging content. As a TikTok Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating creators' videos, providing feedback and... suggestions for improvement, and collaborating with our content team to develop engaging and effective content for our brand. Content Lab is seeking a self-motivated TikTok Creative Specialist to join our growing team. The objective of this role is to brainstorm and strategize creative content ideas for influencer marketing campaigns, foremost on TikTok in the gaming and e-commerce segment. We are looking for someone who likes to think outside the box and takes risks with their content ideas while keeping the brand and the creatorÂs authenticity in mind. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-growing start-up environment and will effectively coordinate and collaborate across internal and external teams. This job requires excellent creative and communication skills. You will be great for this role if you easily spot viral trends and know how to apply them to various brands and creators. We are looking for someone who is able to present creative thoughts in an easily understandable, structured, and convincing manner. Job Responsibilities:  Review and evaluate creators' videos on TikTok  Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to creators  Collaborate with our content team to develop engaging and effective content for our brand  Keep up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices  Work closely with the social media team to ensure that all TikTok content aligns with our brand's voice and tone  Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization  Help to develop and maintain relationships with creators on the TikTok platform  Work outside of regular work hours as needed  Be driven and motivated to work hard to achieve results  Identify viral content styles on social media, with an emphasis on TikTok  Brainstorm and structure creative concepts for branded campaigns in various industries, especially gaming and e-commerce  Prepare creative briefs that explain campaign and content requirements and enable influencers to create excellent deliverables  Strategize and curate creative content ideas individually for each creator in a campaign, taking into consideration their current content style and viral trends  Closely collaborate with campaign managers and creators to ensure that viral content styles are implemented successfully  Communicate creative feedback to concepts and video drafts between clients and influencers Job Qualifications:  1+ years of experience working in social media marketing or influencer marketing  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its algorithm  Ability to work outside of regular work hours as needed  Driven and motivated to work hard to achieve results  At least 2 years of experience with creative influencer marketing, especially on TikTok  Knowledge of the influencer space and creators on TikTok, YouTube, etc..  Strong passion for social media content and influencer marketing  High level of creativity with lots of creative and viral content ideas  Great communication skills  Good analytical skills to identify viral content  Good knowledge of the Google workspace  Ability to curate creative content ideas based on clientÂs online presence  Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time  Ability to prioritize tasks  Ability to work independently, with a sense of autonomous ownership  Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages favorable Location, Hours and Compensation:  Flexible work-from-home  40hr+ a week Additional Information:  This is a contracted position.  We cannot provide work visas or sponsorship at the moment.
