What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
 Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
 Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
 Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and concisely
 Provide administrative support to the customer service team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Experience in customer service
 Strong telephone etiquette
 Familiarity with CRM tools
 Excellent communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Familiarity with financial services industry
 Previous experience in remote customer service roles
