What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Handle and resolve up to 60 calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment
 Communicate directly with patients, affiliate partners, payers, and healthcare providers
 Collect payments and provide guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
 Update patient accounts with new or corrected information and request itemized statements
 Explain medical bills and clarify patient financial responsibilities, including deductibles and copays
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, with a preference for 2 years in medical billing and direct patient contact in a call center
 Technical proficiency in relevant systems and software
 Advanced verbal and written communication skills
 Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity with sound judgment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
 Experience with insurance billing and medical terminology
