 Handle inbound calls from clients regarding mortgage servicing inquiries.
 Research and address customer issues efficiently.
 Assist with escrow analysis, credit bureau disputes, and account changes.
 Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties as needed.
#### Qualifications: Â Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing. Â Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center within a mortgage servicing department. Â Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) preferred. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Â Strong data entry and verification skills. Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
