Mortgage Servicing Call Center Rep - Remote | WFH

• Handle inbound calls from clients regarding mortgage servicing inquiries.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties as needed.

#### Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing. • Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center within a mortgage servicing department. • Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Strong data entry and verification skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
