## Job Summary

We are seeking a work from home Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services.

## Duties

  • Answer incoming customer calls a professionally
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability etc
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue if necessary
  • Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

## Skills

  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer personalities
  • Sales experience preferred for upselling opportunities ( not required)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
