 Engage with clients through outbound calls, building rapport and providing excellent customer service
 Schedule and manage appointments effectively using calendar management tools
 Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data
 Maintain a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively
 Use basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks
 Proactively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
 Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
 Maintain customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency
 Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
 Work within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
 Basic understanding of office equipment and office skills
 Experience in outbound sales is a must
 Ability to manage scheduling and booking appointments effectively
 Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments
 Excellent phone etiquette is required
 Customer service experience is highly valued
 Ability to work part-time hours
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work well with a team and independently
 High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
 Must be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
