The Customer Service representative aids in all customer support functions of patient order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management within the customer support centers.
Responsibilities:  Accurately enter patient orders and related medical information into company software application  Make timely updates/corrections to patient orders  Effectively communicate with health care... professionals and patients  Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization
Qualifications:  Successfully manage both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner  Read and analyze documents such as patient orders  Carry out oral and written instructions  Work both independently and as part of a team  Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment  Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly  High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience  Computer entry experience necessary
Technology Requirements:
This position requires use of your own equipment. The company does provide the hard phone.
 Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
 Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
 Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
 Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
 Browser: Chrome, Edge
 Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
 Monitors: Dual monitors
 Headset and Webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
 Private HIPPA Compliant Workspace: must be in a non shared room of the residence.
