Remote Production Support
Posted 2025-04-06The Remote Production Support  Production Coordinator assists the day-to-day operation of on-site productions, supporting logistics and elements for a group of assigned shows or sport properties. This person is the cohesive liaison between many departments and crews. Responsibilities: Â Works in conjunction with Operations Department to assist with on-site logistics at Remote Events. Â Applies basic creative, analytical and organizational skills to assist various areas of assigned productions. Â Organizes and distributes show production elements and materials (i.e. Sales, graphics and promotional information). Â Acts as liaison for assigned sport/show categories between Production, other ESPN departments and outside entities. Â Supports staff and remote Talent, Producers, Directors, Graphics/Playback Producers, Associate Directors, Associate Producers, Content Associates and Production Assistants on the systematic processes of assigned sport/show unit. Â Provides objective feedback on performance to personnel. Â Oversight and management of runner, make-up and transportation schedules on site at events/games. Â Assist in organizing team meetings for assigned sport/show units. Â Liaison to various internal ESPN departments and external entities on planning aspects of productions. Â Interface with alternate ESPN platforms to convey production strategies and approaches. Â Responsible for updating and distributing production information related to assigned sport/show units.
Basic Qualifications: Â Possesses basic understanding of the production of remote events. Â Has knowledge of the operational and logistical aspects of production planning. Â Has basic experience in various aspects of production management (i.e., creating, maintaining and distributing production information, travel management, production personnel scheduling/staffing). Â Must possess strong communication skills (i.e. clear and concise in all forms of communication, ability to handle high-volume email and phone traffic as well as in-person interactions). Â Must possess strong organizational skills (i.e. budgeting time and prioritizing workload, accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ability to implement systematic processes and organize information flow). Â Demonstrates ability to take initiative; suggests ideas and solutions to problems that arise or before they occur. Â Must understand the value of synergy in a dynamic organization. Â Has demonstrated ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of sensitive production situations that arise and are subject to continual change. Â Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Â Has a minimum of 2 years of production and/or operations experience. Â Travel required. Â Valid DriverÂs License is required. Â Must be able to work night, weekends, and holidays.

The pay rate for this remote role is $22 to $88.50 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidateÂs geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
