Â * Provide accurate and timely information regarding Disney products, services, and policies. Â * Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Â * Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience. Â * Keep up-to-date with Disney promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers. Â * Utilize customer feedback to suggest improvements to Disneys social media engagement strategies. Â * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Â Required Skills and Qualifications: Â * Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Â * Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes. Â * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Â * Familiarity with Disney products, services, and the brands values.
