Responsibilities: Â Licensing Completion: Successfully complete the licensing process in a timely manner. Â Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and administrative support to the agent. Â Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, solicit additional sales, and address or escalate issues as necessary. Â Sales Recommendations: Offer personalized insurance coverage recommendations. Â Lead Management: Actively make outbound calls from various lead sources. Â Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments with potential customers. Â Sales Training: Initially shadow the agent to learn the consultative sales process, with the goal of independently managing sales activities.
## Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
