Requirements: • 2 years of customer service experience • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) • Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be able to pass a background check
