As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for the following:
⢠Assisting customers with their queries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns
⢠Troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers while using Amazonâs products and services
⢠Providing accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone
⢠Identifying and escalating customer issues to relevant departments for prompt solutions
⢠Building rapport with customers and ensuring that their feedback is communicated to Amazonâs management team
⢠Adhering to Amazonâs customer service policies and processes at all times
Skills and Qualifications: ⢠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ⢠Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail ⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment ⢠Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute ⢠Fluency in written and spoken English ⢠Previous customer service experience is an added advantage ⢠Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection ⢠Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
