Customer Service Representative Entry Level

At ABA Partners, we are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling outbound calls, and assisting customers in English and Spanish.

• Engage with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish languages

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers

• Proficient in data entry with high accuracy

• Prior experience in customer service is a plus

• Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
