We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via our live chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Â Customer Support: Â Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Â Address customer issues, questions, and concerns efficiently and effectively. Â Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and provide step-by-step assistance. Â Problem Resolution: Â Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary. Â Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented in the CRM system. Â Product Knowledge: Â Maintain a thorough understanding of the companyÂs products, services, and policies.
