Key Responsibilities: Â Assist rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations. Â Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions. Â Maintain knowledge of products and processes. Â Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. Â Meet performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction. Â Handle customer service mail and secure data with care. Â Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Â High School Diploma or GED. Â 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred). Â Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Â Team-oriented, yet able to work independently. Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Â Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
