What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Receive and respond to inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
 Adhere to all regulations and policies to protect employee and patient information
 Collaborate with team members to support service delivery teams
 Contribute to continuous improvement in business processes and services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Must be a resident of Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina
 Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service field
 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
 Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Knowledge of processes within Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Time management and organizational skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Experience operating office equipment such as phones, printers, faxes, and scanners
