What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Receive and respond to inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be a resident of Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service field
• 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred

• Knowledge of processes within Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience operating office equipment such as phones, printers, faxes, and scanners
