Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs in a virtual setting. • Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs using online tools and evidence-based practices. • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting IEPs as necessary to ensure academic and developmental growth. • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals through virtual platforms to support student success.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid teaching certification in Special Education in the state of Alabama. • Experience working with children with diverse learning needs, preferably in a virtual environment. • Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education laws. • Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and technology. • 1099 Contract
