Role and Responsibilities: • Drive Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and other team members to help ensure the company and your success. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide regular sales updates

Qualifications: • Experience: 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services--Or 8+ years of experience in one industry • Education: 2 years of college or college equivalent • Digital Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred:
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance, health, property & casualty, life or investments
• Networking: Established network within the industry.

Pay: $58,025.00 - $75,911.00 per year
