Role and Responsibilities: Â Drive Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. Â Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Â Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Â Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and other team members to help ensure the company and your success. Â Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide regular sales updates
Qualifications:  Experience: 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services--Or 8+ years of experience in one industry  Education: 2 years of college or college equivalent  Digital Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.  Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.  Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.  Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Preferred:
 Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance, health, property & casualty, life or investments
 Networking: Established network within the industry.
