In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and parents through online chat support. Responsibilities
• Assist students and parents in resolving technical issues related to our education management platform
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through online chat
• Guide customers through the registration and enrollment process
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised during chat conversations
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
