What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues and service questions
• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
• Respond accurately and concisely to customer inquiries and problems
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills
