UpMedical is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional customer support through live chat.

Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions. • Accurately document client interactions. • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction. • Stay updated on Ponce Inlet Realty’s services, property listings, and market trends.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred. • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using live... chat software and other customer support tools. • Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
