WHAT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER?
 Strategic Projects + Project Management
 Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
 Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities and develop solutions for improvement.
 Understand the business model, the key metrics (how they're defined and calculated) and how metrics are used to drive decision making
 Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives
 Partner with clinicians, data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
 Identify and lead opportunities to improve systems and processes
 Establish relationships with stakeholders in other departments to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
 Clinic Operations
 Play an active role in day-to-day operations of our telemedicine clinic
 Manage and optimize virtual clinic scheduling and resource allocation
 Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot telemedicine clinic performance
 Implement best practices to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes
 Develop and implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
 Help develop training plans, management oversight enablement, and auditing plans for business procedures
 Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to department stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related roles
 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
 Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches
 High level of empathy, humility, and emotional intelligence
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Track record of impact in cross-functional team environments
 Experience working in multi-clinician clinical settings, preferably in telehealth
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
 Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
BONUS IF YOU HAVEÂ

 Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or complex patient populations
 Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
 Experience building and managing financial and operational forecasts
 Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms
 Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, MHA, MPH)
 Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or healthcare management
 Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
