Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Overview:

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and concerns • Document all customer interactions and update the database with relevant information • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as customer satisfaction and call handling metrics • Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to... customers

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high call volumes efficiently. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
