Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Overview:
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:  Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner  Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and concerns  Document all customer interactions and update the database with relevant information  Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance  Meet or exceed performance targets, such as customer satisfaction and call handling metrics  Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to... customers
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus. Â Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Â Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Â Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high call volumes efficiently. Â Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
