Our Customer Service Team is the backbone of the company, and we wear many hats to ensure we provide the best possible service to our customers. The Customer Service Team here assists our customers in any inquiry and light accounting task to ensure the best possible experience.
Customer experience is very important to us, and we do not have automated answering systems that make it difficult to speak to a real person. Our representatives personally answer all calls within the first few rings and are cross trained to handle all situations, from start to finish without passing the call around - no matter the issue. This personal touch in customer service is what sets us apart in the industry.

Responsibilities include:
 Answering high call/email volumes
 Tracking packages
 Processing credit applications
 Handling product returns
 Assisting customers with warehouse errors/shipping issues
 Processing credit card and ACH payments
 Sending customers their invoices & statements
 Processing credits
 And any other departmental tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:  Attention to detail  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Friendly and enthusiastic personality  Strong time-management skills  Must be a self-starter  Digitally savvy  Access to highspeed internet and ability to be hardwired to router  Dedicated and quiet workstation  Experience working in customer service role  Light accounting experience  Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve difficult situations  Candidate should be organized and know how to manage their time wisely  Needs to be able to successfully complete all tasks while promptly answering inbound calls  Candidate must have previous long-term experience working remotely full-time-THIS IS A MUST!
Preferred experience with:
 Microsoft Suite, (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.)
 CRM
 Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp etc.)
 QuickBooks/NetSuite
College preferred or relevant work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
