What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Advise physician candidates and clients in the academics sector on recruitment processes
• Source and screen physician candidates, building rapport through phone calls and emails
• Present opportunity information effectively and respond to candidate inquiries
• Drive physician marketing campaign efforts while managing the overall recruiting process
• Consult with clients and make recommendations throughout the recruiting process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience required
• Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic aligned with core values of commitment, integrity, and trust

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Experience working within academic institutions or teaching hospitals
