Responsibilities
 Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
 Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy
 Document all customer interactions accurately in the database
 Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
 Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
 Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service experience
 Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on established performance criteria
Requirements
 Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
 Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
 Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
 Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
 High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferre
