Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00pm-11:30pm , Thursday, Friday 11:00pm-7:30am
• Opportunity to work additional shifts.
• Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
• Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
• Maintains an above average attendance record.
• Follows established standard operating procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements
• High school diploma required
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
• Can work well with medical staff, veterans and elderly
• Has a good work ethic
• Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.

Veterans and previous federal experience encouraged to apply
