We are currently searching for a Google Workspace Administrator :
Responsibilities
 Administer, configure, and maintain Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications and services.
 Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
 Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.
 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace services.
 Provide technical support and training to end-users.
 Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
 Stay updated with new features and updates from Google Workspace and recommend improvements.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Workspace with other applications and systems.
 Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
 Implement, maintain, and train clients on the Google Workspace suite of products and services.
 Configure email routing, servers, and security policies within a Google Workspace environment.
 Manage and respond to help desk tickets, escalating issues as needed.
 Offer desktop and server support via email, phone, and in person.
 Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware problems.
 Train and empower clients technical staff.
 Conduct technical assessments.
 Assist with Google Workspace migrations.
Requirements
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in administering Google Workspace.
 Strong understanding of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, etc.).
 Experience with Google Admin Console and managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
 Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security policies in Google Workspace.
 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management in Google Workspace.
 Experience with data migration, backup, and recovery solutions for Google Workspace.
 Experience with JIRA support ticketing systems.
 Proficient in configuring servers, networks, hardware, and software.
 Understanding of DNS and end-to-end email flow.
 Experience with SaaS solutions.
 Familiarity with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MDM, SSO, and LDAP configuration.
 Knowledge of Google Workspace and legacy syncing tools is a plus, but not required.
Desired
 Completion of Google Workspace Admin Fundamentals is a plus, but not mandatory.
 Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
Languages
 Advanced Oral English.
 Native Spanish.
