What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Establish a culture of action and discipline in contact center sales channels
 Optimize contact center sales channel strategy for ROI and company objectives
 Develop and execute positioning strategy in collaboration with various departments
 Lead the creation of effective sales commission plans to drive growth and retention
 Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a great customer experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 BA required/MA or MBA preferred
 Minimum of 10+ years in contact center sales leadership within the telecommunications industry
 Strong experience defining business requirements and collaborating across teams
 P&L leadership with a track record of growth and turnaround experience
 Proven executive presence and strategic capabilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience managing across a diverse and highly distributed footprint
 Proven ability to successfully manage through transformation and change
 Strong stakeholder partnership skills
 Understanding of business/consumer behavior
 Experience with BPOs
