Job Summary...
The core mission of the Digital Product Manager is to develop site features, roadmaps, and UX/UI for all web properties with a strategic eye directed at growth. Responsible for revenue growth.
Essential Duties
 Design and develop roadmaps-directing development for all web applications
 Develop, monitor and maintain weekly KPI & traffic analysis for key sites
 Monthly research reporting on customer needs and market gaps
 Drive 10% increase in product engagement year over year
 Publish new products as needed to grow revenue
Other Duties & Responsibilities
 Act as product manager for web applications: Includes managing ad placement, email acquisiti on eff orts, customer experience, editorial design layout, prioritizing and directing development prioritization
 Team and corporate meetings to support organizational goals
 Lead teams consistent with best management practices such that teams score greater than 4.0 on Better Christi an Workplace surveys
 Seeks feedback and input from customers as well as potential customers
Requirements:  Support company culture by commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Outreach, Inc.  Familiarity with market research, consumer behaviors and marketing techniques  Familiarity with WordPress and E-commerce  Self Starter. Works hard to get things done  Creativity/Innovation. There is always a new way to complete the goal  Communication. Clear, concise communication through various tools: Slack, email, phone, and video  Team Player. Collaborating with several departments and creating win/win scenarios for departments with opposing goals  Curiosity around the best way to accomplish a goal. Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
Education and Experience
 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
 Knowledge of the Church and various staff positions needs
 Typing: 50 WPM
 2 years or more using an A/B testing platform
 5+ years of experience in digital product management, some of which must include a high-traffic website
 5+ years of experience in UX/UI layout, some of which must include a high-traffic website
Physical Requirements
 Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
