What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist online customers with their shopping experience via chat and phone, ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct warranty outreach and handle sales of add-ons and upsells
• Provide excellent written and verbal communication to address customer inquiries
• Exhibit empathy and a customer-focused approach in all interactions
• Collaborate effectively within a remote work environment while meeting deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role or chat experience
• Experience leading within a remote work environment
• Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make personal connections with customers and exhibit strong decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in the sales or retail industry
• Exposure to e-commerce environments
