Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
• Utilize knowledge base and resources to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
• Collaborate with remote teams to ensure seamless customer support
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of military experience in customer service, administration, or IT (or equivalent civilian experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
