As a Remote Call Center Representative your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring an overall positive customer experience with the company.
Key Responsibilities
 Respond to customer calls, chats, and emails regarding product information, order tracking, returns, and other general inquiries.
 Assist customers with placing orders, monitoring deliveries, and processing returns or exchanges.
 Handle customer concerns promptly, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
 Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 A positive, customer-first attitude.
 Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
