Posted 2025-04-06The Director of Enterprise Business Agility is responsible for the creation, implementation, adoption enablement, and maintenance of Enterprise Business Agility frameworks supporting demand management and governance, capacity planning, and value realization. This role partners closely with enterprise stakeholders to ensure the common ways of working support enterprise needs. This individual must... possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, a professional presence, and a comprehensive understanding of business and technical processes across the enterprise. Essential Functions
 Develops partnerships with key stakeholders to enable Enterprise Business Agility, leading to continuous performance and result improvements.
 Leads the definition of frameworks supporting the common ways of working for demand management and value delivery
 Provides adoption and implementation support for new and enhanced framework processes
 Partners with Enterprise Architecture to ensure architecture processes are woven into the framework
 Drives business requirements for enablement through tooling solutions
 Provides ongoing coaching to enterprise stakeholders to ensure consistent application of common processes within the frameworks
 Develops and executes change management strategies in support of enterprise adoption of framework processes
 Provides updates to all levels of stakeholders, including executive leadership, and escalates risks and issues as necessary
 Lead workshops, meetings, and ceremonies to gain alignment, improve collaboration, mitigate risk, and ensure the free flow of information between all impacted stakeholders.
 Proactively maintains awareness of industry trends to ensure FedEx is aligned to and/or ahead of current industry practices
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree/equivalent in Finance, Business, Engineering, Technology or related discipline required.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) plus years experience in areas including, but not limited to: quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, transformation leadership or market competitive analysis, two three of those years in a management role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 Business Agility experience leveraging SAFe/Agile/Lean methodologies
 Demonstrated experience delivering strategy through the Lean Portfolio Management (leveraging SAFe/AGILE) construct
 Experience in developing and/or implementing frameworks and processes for common ways of working
 Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
 Executive presence with experience working with leadership
 Proven ability to lead transformational change programs
 Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels
 Management experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and human relations skills are required

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $12,476.52/month - $22,873.62/month
