Key Responsibilities: • Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Design, develop, and implement tailored education plans that address the unique needs of students with disabilities. • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators, specialists, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Adaptation of Curriculum: Utilize effective teaching strategies and modify the curriculum to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students. • Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies. • Classroom Culture: Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that supports the social and emotional development of all students.

Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field. • Licensure: Valid state SPED teaching license. • Expertise: Strong understanding of various learning styles and educational needs. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
