What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Recruit for community positions, primarily focusing on front-line roles
• Identify talent and build applicant pipelines through various outreach methods
• Coordinate and advertise recruitment events, including job fairs
• Maintain a passive applicant pool and inform hiring managers of viable candidates
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, legal practices, and key performance metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities with exceptional organizational skills
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous training experience highly desired
• Strong sourcing background and knowledge of recruitment job boards and platforms
