What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence
• Create and dispatch case/ticket to the proper queue
• Maintain high-level knowledge of the extensive product suite
• Confirm and/or update customer contact information
• Handle difficult or sensitive customer situations professionally

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service/support environment
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask/prioritize projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Knowledge of support tools such as Salesforce or other remote access tools
• Previous call center/inbound support experience
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
