Key Responsibilities...
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred. • Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals. • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including evenings and weekends.
