Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and information
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
• Stay current on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

Requirements
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills... including knowledge of CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
