Job Responsibilities
 Perform inbound and outbound calls
 Educate and build rapport with customers
 Consult with customers to answer customer inquiries
 Help setup customer accounts and verify banking and employment information
 Process customer payments
 Excellent service while achieving quality results
Required Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
 High School Diploma or GED
 Fluent in English
 Good communication skills
 Cheerful attitude
 Ability to learn new skills
 Generally computer savvy
 Self-motivated to improve skills and add value
 Good attendance and punctuality
 Basic mathematical skills
Schedule and Hours
 Flexible work schedules.
 Call Center Hours: Monday Friday from 7:00 am 6:00 pm and rotating every other Saturday 8:00 am 2:00 pm.
