Key Responsibilities
 Chat with client via Voxer and transcribe voice memos to notes / lists / documents
 Manage inbox
 Manage DMs, likes, engagement
 School outreach
 Create a list of schools where client has spoken
 Create a list of similar schools and POC
 Work with client on a draft email to send to schools and have her approve
 Hand off warm leads to client
 Manage Amazon shop
 Manage podcasts
 Assist in various ways with potential editing, show notes, finding sponsors
 Repurpose podcasts into YouTube shorts
 Manage Trello
 Keep track of to-do items, reminders, etc.
 Manage Zoom links and calendar changes
 Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements
 Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
 Experience as a digital creative (a must)
 Professional
 Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
 Good grammar
 Intuitively organized
 Detail oriented
 Self-starter
 10-15 hours per week
 Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Zone
