Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Part-Time HR Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about human resources and has a knack for managing recruitment and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR activities, recruiting top talent, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • HR Activities: • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. • Oversee and implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Handle employee relations, address employee concerns, and provide support in conflict resolution. • Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans. • Recruitment: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and select qualified candidates for various roles. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. • Client Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships. • Understand client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet their requirements. • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns. • Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in HR activities and recruitment. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
